“Poetry is everywhere; it just needs editing.” ~James Tate
I am honored to be an author for Hope Houses Workshop‘s storybook series. “Joy Lives Here” is paired with their “JOY” dollhouse model, “A Place to Climb” comes with their “CLIMB” treehouse model, and the early chapter reader “A Merry Heart” goes with their “MERRY” Victorian dollhouse. All three titles are also available in Kindle electronic book format on Amazon. Here is an interview where I describe our mission: HHW Author Lurana Brown

Come to the Forest to Visit Me: First featured in the Riverview Cemetery newsletter and then published by the Southern African Faith Communities Environment Institute. Illustrated by Monica Varona, Communications Manager of the Green Burial Council; here it is on Pinterest. It has also appeared on a few memorial resources sites. This piece is available as a memorial poem to all who wish to use it, with my blessings.
